Bone broth in the UK comes in three forms: fresh or frozen broth from butchers and specialist makers, cartons and concentrates in supermarkets, and powder. Liquid broth is ready to heat and drink, but it is heavy to ship and needs the fridge or freezer once opened. Powder is the same broth with the water taken out.
