We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
General Returns & 30 Day Money Back Guarantee
- Grounding Mats: Can be returned without their original packaging, as long as they are unworn or unused and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Beef Bone Broth Powder: We offer a 30 day full refund if you are not happy with the product even if the product is opened. However if you order multiple pieces, we expect you to return the ones not opened and then you can receive a full refund.
- All Other Products: Must be returned in the same condition you received them—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Used Products: We kindly request your understanding that returns/refunds are not accepted for USED products. This policy is implemented with the aim of maintaining hygiene standards, particularly concerning items such as bed sheets and grounding mats.
- The customer would also be in charge of covering the shipping cost to send the product back to us.
At ReGrounded, we’re committed to reducing packaging waste and minimizing transportation emissions. To support these efforts, we kindly ask you to consider keeping the product rather than returning it.
You might find a way to repurpose the product, keep it as a backup, or even gift it to someone who could benefit from it! This will not only save yourself the hassle of a return but also contribute to our sustainability goals.

- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

- Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled within 1–2 business days.
- After Shipping: Cancellations are not possible. You’ll need to return the item to us for a refund.
